Seramai 16 anggota polis terbunuh apabila helikopter dinaiki mereka terhempas di kawasan hutan terpencil di Antioquia, barat daya Colombia.
Ketika kejadian, seramai 18 anggota polis berada di helikopter jenis Blackhawk terbabit dalam operasi memburu kumpulan pengedar dadah yang terbesar di Colombia.
